Neurodiversity

Establishing and harnessing the benefits of diversity is important for the maximal success of a workforce, teams and for society in general. This app will help you understand why other people don't always think or act the way you believe they should, or in the same way as you.

Neurodiversity has been defined by Oxford Learning Dictionaries as "The range of differences in individual brain function and behavioural traits, regarded as part of normal variation in the human population". These are less visible than other diversity measures, but just as vital: hidden traits/aspects of cognitive neurodiversity and personality/persona include (i) how our brains prefer to perceive information (ii) how we prefer to make decisions, (iii) introversion and extroversion.

Neuroscience is a relatively new and developing science.
