2011-09-24I feel like im doing crunches wrong cause im getting the breath like. knocked out of me, but i can still do sit ups (as long as i can hold my breath), then all of a sudden i can do the next set of reps effortlessly. Idk, my fault tho, the apps great

2011-01-11Great App! The only thing I wish is that it would sync between devices. I have the ipad and iphone and i wish they would synch up on this app! Otherwise, a great app!
2010-12-21Been using this app for a while now, on my 4th time through it. Started at a max of 30 reps. Now i am able to easily hit 100.
