Brace Off!

Designed primarily for General Dentists who do some Orthodontics to help them keep track of their Orthodontic case load, review their treatment plans and quickly see when a patient can expect to complete their treatment.

At a glance, it allows you to:
• See how many patients with active cases & completed cases are/were on your books
• set dates for presentations, band-ups & add local reminder notifications
• Icon colours to indicate case status
- in the final 6 months are flagged orange
- past their planned completion date are flagged red

The following is stored with each record:

PATIENT DETAILS
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Photograph or other image
• Notes

ORTHODONTIC PLAN
• The current status (Presentation, Band-Up, Active or Completed)
- Set the due date & reminder for each component
- Set whether your presentation is ready and whether brackets are ordered
• Functional Appliance (yes/no)
• LLA/TPA (yes/no)
• Palatal Expansion (yes/no)
• Fixed Appliance (yes/no)
• Extraction (yes/no)
• Occlusion (Class I, Class II, Class III)
• The planned duration (6-12, 12-18, 18-24, 24-30 months)
• A section for additional notes relevant to the case
