After first order my account is frozen. So, I can’t delete details of my credit card and I really worry about it. I sent e-mail to support but they don’t answer.

Нету скоростей и колеса маленькие. Больше 20-30 минут тяжело ездить.

The service is great, easy, almost flawless, the bikes are surprisingly maintained! But the bikes are not comfortable to ride on. The small wheels and the lack of maybe just three gear levels, making it very hard to ride, even short distances.
