Ive used this app for about a week, Im stuck in a hotel waitng for my next cotract, no gym to work out in. I havent done alot but my rating system gets it 3 stars for operating without crashing, need to reload, easy to use, intuitave.etc. The exercises are thought out, so far has
Straight Forward, Good Examples, Not the results I was looking for but, its okay.
Even though it is very simple, and would be insanely easy to just create similar workouts on your own, it is still convenient to be able to not worry about that part of your workout and instead just open an app up… I like it very much
Once u start, u want to keep going! I like to start this in the morning at home while my kids are getting ready for school then I go to the gym.
