The sensitivity should be adjustable and you should be able to see the picture right side up either way you turn your iOS device. As for the format I really like it.

Nice game! Just wished there was a better way to see the other targets lurking on your back. The arrow is not very accurate.

I like the way you actually have to turn and shoot. Please add a button to reload and more guns and more levels soon. Then I will rate this game 5 stars.

This is a very fun game it take shooting games to the next level. I recommend this highly.
