It would get 5 stars if it was a little more clean and bug fixes, but it does exactly what it says if you follow the directions and restart, it works with tinychat and chatroulette via win7, you just need to run IE as admin and works fine.

Set it up wirelessly on a Mac with no camera and it works perfectly.
