▶ Guided Breathing:
To get to sleep, you need to clear your head of all the thoughts and stresses of the day. Sleeping Zone helps calm your mind by taking you through a simple, easy to follow breathing exercise.
When you're ready for bed, place your iPhone flat on your bedside table, facing upwards. Sleeping Zone will project a blue light onto the ceiling above your bed. Then simply lie back and begin to synchronize your breathing to the glow of the light.
▶ Sleeping Sounds:
When your guided breathing session is finished, Sleeping Zone can play your choice of seven sleeping sounds:

✱ Waves
✱ Rain
✱ Lava Flow
✱ Windshield Wipers
✱ Crickets
✱ Pond Life
These looped sounds will play continuously for as long as you want (up to 8 hours). Many people find that having these sounds play in the background helps them sleep.
