No way to reach customer service by the phone.

Nice scooter but if you may stuck with it unlock it doesn’t worth the chance.

Yes! Your app os damaged!! Thank you for ruining my evening. Such a bad algorithm, I can’t even believe it. Maybe someone from your “dev” team will wake up. So I picked up a lime that WAS NOT in a blue square in the namal (north tlv) thinking: great im not in zone 3 no need to park in a blue space because oh guess what- no blue spaces anywhere in the 200 meter (at least!!) radius. Great, im late anyway due to traffic so sure, why not speed my commute? Well nope. Your app had different ideas. Lets have some laughs. Lets not allow this user (me) to lock the lime until we force her to go to a blue squre, hundreds of meters away in the OTHER direction of where im going. Oh and god forbid is there any some sort of live chat not mention a hot line. So not only did i throw away a few shekels but i also had the pleasure of being completely late. So late that im writing this ridiculously long review- might save some other poor user a bunch of time. So circling back, my question on: if I wasn’t able to park where i picked the lime up (any yes i was so desperate to get rod of the lime that i tried that option) how did the lime park there in the first place? Thanks for the ride!

I’ve never seen such a horrible app in my life, I was stuck with this thing as my only way home and *in the middle of a ride* it said my card was declined, I’ve checked the card info and the bank to see if I have money and both were positive, and app cannot help you figure out what the problem is, simply saying “your card was declined” and I had one of the worst nights of my life, personally would never try the app again and will tell all my friends to stay away from it as well.
