I wish I can use my phone instead to have the card
We need to use the phone to pay and scan the machine we dnt have to have the card always like a visa on Apple Pay
Rewriting my review
So I've been using the Rav-kav app for a while now love the fact that I could charge the card from my phone (on an iPhone 7).
I came up to the conclusion that the ASK cards are not scanning well only on the back of the device (since older iPhones don't have glass backs).
But work very well when scanning them at the top front of the device (where the selfie camera is placed).
With that being said I'd love for people who have older devices to know that.
Second: I would like to suggest an easier and faster way to checkout Tavel tickets without having to to enter the ID number all the time I think Touch/Face ID is a great replacement for having to enter the ID number manually all the time.
If my bank app does it there's no reason this app shouldn't too.
Disappointed
I have not used my RavKav in a year because as a senior citizen I did not take buses during Corona days!
Today, after two vaccines I took a bus, wanted to use my card that has over 100 shekels in it and it EXPIRED!!!!
I was very embarrassed that although I have money in the card I could not use it and at 81 years of age I have to Shlep to the bus station to renew it!!!!!!!—why can’t I do it here- online?????
